<3 It's so bad that I actually slightly ship Ian/Vicki(/Barbara) isn't it? but... she's just too cute for words.

She is! I'd never seen it that way, mostly because I see Vicki as a replacement figure for Susan (I'm afraid this sounds more demeaning to Vicki than I mean it to, I love Vicki and she's her very own special, unique companion, but she comes right after Susan and at least for the Doctor, she's the granddaughter figure), therefore there's the teacher/student dynamic, but not too much in the sexy way… In fic though, it could be nice to explore-that kind of ship that doesn't come naturally in canon, but can be tempting because of the hotness factor ;)
