Market research-need a bit of help, guys!
Hello, everyone :) So… I need people's opinions for something RL-related. My mother is thinking of opening a little shop. It'd be a sort of delicatessen mostly, focused on sweets and traditional/quality sugary products such as honey, jams, biscuits etc… But she's also looking to expand with a few fun items regarding the love of good food, and she found some pretty cute novelty jewellery that is all sweet or cake-shaped. At first the idea seemed very weird to me, but some of that stuff is just cute! We're not sure how people would respond to that though, so I decided to ask my friends-especially since I know I can get a good audience on LJ, girls my age but also young mothers, who, according to the websites she found, are also quite enthusiastic about that kind of products.
Basically, I'm putting up links of the things we quite liked, and I'd like to know what you guys think-what looks pretty and what doesn't really convince you, which of the types of jewellery is your favourite. Here are the websites (sorry, they're in French):
On this one you can see first earrings (see the little hook? I wasn't quite sure at first what those were, honestly!), then several types of necklaces (mostly just the pendants). If curious you can hunt for more in different categories: rings, earrings, necklaces, some smaller earrings and under "accessoires" you can find a few hair clips.
On that other website you can find rings, necklaces, earrings, pendants for bracelets and USB keys, hair clips, headbands and the like.
Wow, that's it. Obviously you guys don't /have/ to go through everything, but I'd really appreciate any and all insight/reactions, and your favourites if possible. Thanks a ton for reading through this, everyone :D
