[Taking a few hours to clean up pools of your own blood would make anyone want to leave their house, and that's why a cleaned up Yosuke is wandering the streets this particular evening, still occasionally reaching up to rub his face as he remembers the painful cuts inside his mouth only a few hours ago]

[Olivier watches as he gets closer, and before he gets too close for comfort, she calls out to him.]

[What the hell is this, an interrogation? But something about the look in her eyes says not to screw with this lady, so he keeps his tongue in check. At the thought of the milk he can't help but wince, hand subconsciously going up to his face again]

The adults should be the ones shouldering that burden.

[She may be tough, but there is no excuse in her mind for adults not to step up and take the responsibility.]

The... town technically considers me an adult.

I just turned 17 back home, but I got dumped here right before my birthday on this calendar. So then I woke up as a dad in some house.

[He forces a smile, trying to steel his courage]

Besides, if I do it, that means my friends don't have to. That's fine with me.

[Olivier can't help but respect the boy for his courage. Aside from Fullmetal and his brother, she didn't know many kids(nor adults) that would say what he just had. She holds out her hand.]

[For some reason he can't quite place, Yosuke is happy when she extends her hand and offers her name. He can figure it out later - for now he focuses on keeping up making a good impression as he shakes her hand with a smile]

Um... sorry if this is asking too much, but are you with some sort of military? Like Miss Hawkeye?

[She's military, so he's sure she can handle herself - but people have been going crazy, and if she just got here it means she doesn't have any means of defending herself outside of her fists, wits and general badassery.

He thinks for a moment, tilting his head slightly to the side. He's not crazy about the thought of giving up his weapons to someone he just met, but she seems like a decent - if strict - person, and he has two sets.

Nodding at his decision, he reaches into his pockets - deeper than pockets should go - and carefully pulls out the short swords Souji had made for him. He can always go home and get his daggers]

I don't know if you're good with a sword or not, but if you just got here it means you don't have any weapons, right? Since people are going crazy this week, you'll want at least something. I've got two sets - so you can hold onto these for a while if you want.

[There's something invigorating about lending her his weapons - between this and his self imposed milk torture, it's like he really can make a difference without his Persona. Sometimes.]

Sounds good to me, sir. I've already had to drink razorblades today, I'm not crazy about adding 'running into a crazy unarmed' to the list.
