continued from hereI came out of the bathroom and saw Wesley laying on the bed ready for sleep. I look at the couch and then back at the bed, screw it. Ms. Stoic can have the run down thread bare couch, I'm taking the bed. I get in under the covers after examining the sheets, and let out a yawn. I roll on my side and look at Wesley

I manage not to flinch as she suddenly trows the package of cigarettes against the wall and gets up. She grabs a weapon and gives me 'that' look. In the past I would've jumped and be with her without thought. And for some reason I find myself getting up and going through the weapons as well. Odd how some things never change. But I'm not about to let her go out there alone with Angelus around. Grabbing a crossbow and my shotgun, I check if my wrist weapons are secure and get up. "If that makes you feel better," I sigh, opening the door.
I have to admit, even if it's only to myself, that I'm very worried about Faith. She has been in jail without training for a long time and is upset. How could she even think we'd use her as bait after the talk we had the other day? And with both Angelus and Buffy around, that's asking for trouble. I wait for Cordelia to step out of the room before locking and glance around. "Well, you're familiar with Sunnydale. Where could she have gone?" Considering the fact that Faith patrolled here with Buffy way back when, she'll know Sunnydale as well.

He closes the door and we are outside, where Angelus is and for a fleeting moment I want to go back inside, but we've got to get to Faith. I start walking toward the older part of town, figuring she'd head for things familiar. I looked back at the motel as we rounded a corner, wondering how that wasn't familiar enough considering it was as dumpy as the motel she stayed at when she first got here.
"The Bronze." I say suddenly, figuring she might go there after she slayed things. "She was always big on this place, something about hungry and horny after a good slay, five by five... who the hell knows, worth a shot though, right?" I smiled chipperly at him and then dropped it from my face as the dull sign to The Bronze caught my eye.
"C'mon she should be easy to spot." I say and pull the door open. "If she's not here, we can try the cemetary." I shrug and watch him walk in, tucking his weapons beneath his jacket thing. I push the stake in the back of my pants carefully and cover it over with my shirt.

"Yes, she should be fairly easy to spot," I agree, hiding the gun in my holster in my jacket. Walking inside I'm immediately assaulted by the loud music and the god awful stench of a far to crowded place. I hate crowds. "Why must this always be so bloody loud," I mutter, pushing my way past several people.
Reaching behind me I grab Cordelia's hand and pull her along. I'll not loose her in the bloody Bronze or anywhere else. "Let's go up there!" I yell at her. "We can see the place better!" Lord, this is just wonderful for my throat. "I hate this place...Oh! I'm sorry!" I reach out to steady a girl I bumped into.

"Just walk away, you'll lose this argument trust me." I say viciously to her, watching as she stomps off. "Do you see her Wesley? There are so many damn people down there. This place hasn't changed a lick, still vampire's snack treat heaven. Now I know why Buffy was always so insistant she went with us to this place, one time a football player nearly-" I stop as I look at him and he's giving me one of his looks so I shut up. My eyes scan the crowd.
