She thinks he is far too young to be acting so coldly. Children are supposed to laugh and play, especially at festivals. Even the adults laugh and play at the festivals, and they always knew what would follow.
She shakes her head to get rid of the thought. Nothing will happen here.
Rika points to the booth. "Will you give me a boost?" She asks, and demonstrates that she can't get inside the window on her own.
Blue stares. "How did you get in the first time?" He asks, but holds his hands out for her to use as a step. She is light, and already out of his hands and climbing into the booth before he realizes.
While digging through the fortunes, she says "I don't remember," dismissively (Mion helped her in last time), laughs, and then hands him a new capsule. "Mii~! Just like I promised. You came back to the festival, so you get another fortune! I hope this one is a really good one!"
Blue opens it and after looking it over, holds it out for her to read. The girl smiles widely, and Blue admits "I guess this is a pretty good fortune," but keeps his expression blank and uninterested, lest he encourage her.
