Wow wow wow...I'm updating! I actually have a free moment to do something.
This semester has been crazy so far and it's only the middle of September! I started my student teaching. I'm in a kindergarten for 5 weeks and then a first grade for 15 weeks. I absolutely love kindergarten. It's great, but sometimes it makes me wish I were that age again. So I've been crazy busy. I'm there all day every day and I have something going on every night during the week except Wednesdays and then I work both weekend days. I've taught a couple lessons though and I'm getting better with the nervousness thing. I think that'll come more with experience.
I got a new fish! He's pink and his name is Pinky. How original! But of course I had to get a pink fish. :-)
Next weekend is Dave's birthday. Then the weekend after is our 6 month anniversary. :-) So I still have some shopping to finish for him.
Speaking of shopping, I actually have a decent amount of Christmas shopping done. I still have a considerable amount left, but I'm happy about what I do have done. I'm glad I start shopping as early as I do. Only 99 days till Christmas. Actually, 100, but it's close to midnight so I'm going with 99.
So I made it working 1 year at Wal-mart. I got my 1 year raise, which is really nice. It's an additional 40 cents an hour which is actually pretty good.
Alrighty well I suppose that's about it for now. Maybe I'll update again someday.
