Not exactly a new leaf turned over.
I've moved here from my very first lj account, because I'm escaping. Not exactly turning a new leaf over, but I pray that the year two thousand and seven will bring better things than six did. The one thing memorable about this one is my beloved Yvonne and Aidan, and all the amazing new friends I've made. It's comforting to know that there is a whole lot of love out there for me too.
Very melodramatic, I know, but I'm having a Mood, dear.
I was going to make this thing short for the sake of lack of introduction and sanity, but due to popular demand I decided to write up a bit of wishlist. I'm ashamed that I don't ever ask people if they have one, because I'm just not that friendly with my wallet at the moment. I like to recognise birthdays individually, but holiday gift-giving isn't anything that I've been rich enough to indulge in. I do adore going out and buy things for people for no apparent reason however. Giving gifts makes me stupidly happy.
There are actually a few material things that I'd extend my want towards. As in, things that could possibly make a bit of a Christmas wishlist. If I think about it for a while. I mean, that I would like to get back every single book, cd, cable, windowsill, et.c. that Nigel has ruined throughout his lifetime goes without saying, but that'd make one hell of a list. For this Christmas, and possibly also birthday, because it's so close to said holiday, I would like, uhm..
* An Organisation plushie. Adorablenesses that they are.
* Art. Yes. I realise this is a very broad category. Macaronies.
* Any- and everything pertaining to orchids. Dendrobium tobaense.. <3
* Red shoelaces for my boots. Eighteen holes, please.
* Maybe these bloody advertisements removed from LJ, I don't know.
And I want things like this because they are things I can't acquire on my own. I can get myself things to read - such as The Catcher in the Rye and Wintersmith and more Dumas - and the Organisation coat has been paid for. Technically I need a new charger for my PSP White since Nigel ate it, but that's.. irrelevant. Also got myself some of SJens darling keychains. I think that will have to be enough spending for next year. I still owe the state almost two hundred, so what I really need help with is that. Hopefully the job will cover it up for me. I pray.
