Oh my oof: making dreads in someone's hair is a stiff piece of work, isn't it? You do get into the rhythm after a while, of course - brush brush brush brush twist twist repeat until your fingers jerk one last time, stiffen, and fall off dead. And I'm not even done yet. A stiff ginger ale and watching my dreadee make me some supper and then I guess I'll have to finish up. I just pray they're stiff enough that they haven't completely fallen out by tomorrow.

In other news, I'm fairly satisfied with the rush job I had to do on a task for work this week - I've been down with a bug and haven't really been able to focus. Tomorrow, Monday, some bloke from Madrid comes to town to visit for an project exchange focusing on re-integrating young people at risk of exclusion from the labour market, across the EU. I'm surprised a small town like this is involved, but all the more fun for me, as there was a bundle of information to translate for this Ian Goldring when he pops on over, and we'll see if I won't have time to talk with him for a bit as well as I appear to be representing the only person at Cyberia with a basic grasp of English. No offence, guys. The project is called InteGROW, in case anyone is actually interested in the issue; it certainly caught my attention.
Since translation and proofing is, along with writing, what I love to do, this was a brilliant assignment to be tasked with, I've had a great deal of fun. Because seriously, some words in Swedish just aren't meant to be translated. What is samverkanspartnersformer anyway? I'm just saying.

eee!, challenge, wryyy, life, work
