I've come to notice a trend in my naming characters I have a certain fondness for, even before I begin writing them. Most to all of them have names beginning with the letter 'E'. To mention a prominent few, there's Evan, Elliot, Engel, Everett, and now quite recently, as I was spoofing names for a villain, Eli came to mind. 'E' seems to lend itself well to a certain character type - the intelligentsia - whereas many of my more ambiguous, quirky characters have names that begin with the letter 'O', such as Oliver, Oswald, and Ossian. Do you have any favourite letters?
