Having a great day today.
my fitness is starting to get better.
I am working towards joining the army!!
Have to finish filling in all the forms and bring all my documents this Friday-
its Friday the 13th .. ippi!
but
hopefully it wont be a bad luck day but one of happy times-
YaY!!
feel better after completing the circuit training.
the main things i have to work on are:
Arm Strength -- at the moment its not good at all. my legs and tummy are good but arms are bad
Jogging/running -- need to start doing more, hehe. Go Me Go!!
