Doctor Who-
Overall I thought "Flesh and Stone" was a brilliant ending to last week's very proper beginning, though I do have some thoughts about Amy and Eleven's relationship I should get out of my mind-like, for example, I do not believe I was a large fan of the "one-night stand" kissy-kissy scene, and that upsets me because I honestly thought I would be. It was hilarious. I would never deny that; however, I thought it undermined the relationship Amy and Eleven have been slowly building. I mean I do understand Amy's character tends to take "totally in-the-moment" to, well, a slight extreme but the flow just seemed little off. They had such a beautiful moment at the end with the ever fantastic River Song then BOOM! Amy's trying to jump Eleven's bones while he's trying to figure out what's going on and how to get out of the situation. Like I don't even know, I realize I do ship the duo so I find it hypocritical that I'm thinking "OH LORD, DON'T CHEAT ON RORY" when if it was anyone else I would be going "OH WHO CARES IF SHE HAS A SIGNIFICANT OTHER; JUST FUCK ALREADY" (because, believe me, I do have ships like that, haha). Though I could probably summarize my feelings towards this entire development as being RIGHTFULLY afraid Rory will end up getting the Mickey Smith treatment and I loved Mickey and I already have this weird attachment to Rory (and his ugly-as-sin rattail hair piece in episode seven) and I just don't want to see him Mickey'd.
And oh, while I'm speaking about the beach scene (well ... whatever), I adored everything about the River/Eleven dynamic. Whether you ship them or not, you have admit there was something there between the two that was lacking when River made her appearance with Ten in Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead. I figure they finally gain a mutual understanding of one another even though all the dots haven't been connected. So now there's like a sweet emotional connection between them that isn't like "OH, I'VE SEEN YOU ONCE AND YOU PUNCHED ME THEN YOU DIED BUT OH RIGHT I CAN'T TELL YOU THAT BECAUSE SPOILERS". But again, I don't know. However I am enjoying this ride because I'll stan for River Song until I die.
All and all, it was brilliant. Moffat did a fantastic job. I can't wait for next week. I love Venice. Rory returns. And Vampires. Well not really vampires. It's never that simple.

IDEK WHAT TO SAY TO BE QUITE HONEST. I'm enjoying the ride but ... Next week, we'll be on episode six and I still don't know how to gather my thoughts over this series' arc. Is that a problem?
Well I picked up two extra hours at Gap for today making my three hour shift into five, so I am going to watch some telly and eat before I leave. I'll answer any reply when I get home around 10:20pm. Cheers.
