Be kind. Rewind.

I just finished Doctor Who, and I feel like a babbling idiot. I should not be crying this hard, yet I am. I should not be this emotionally entangled in a family fucking television program, yet I am. It such a foolish thing; it's so hard to admit. Russell T Davies made me cry and I know why. I don't want to know why.

Word. Sort of. I understand why he went there, but I didn't like it. Donna is/was the Doctor's most faithful companion and she wasn't the type to just disembark from TARDIS life after the end of all this and Tate only agreed to do one series. So IDK.

I particularly didn't like the giant, gaping plot hole that we were all but told to basically ignore so that the Tennant/Rose (b/c that is what it really amounts to in this instance) shippers could have their happy ending.

So clone!Ten is human w/a Time Lord mind and Donna is also human w/a Time Lord mind - does that mean that Rose is going to wake up the next morning on parallel Earth to clone!Ten combusting due to his teeny, tiny human brain not being able to handle the awesome knowledge of the Time Lords? Eg., HUGE GIANT FUCKING PLOT HOLE.

And I would totally write AU Doctor/Donna fic except that I'm not really a writer and while I have all these really detailed ideas for various fics in my head (some I have written partially) when I sit down to write them . . . bad.

YES! YES! YES! I don't understand how Doctor!Donna is different from Donna!Doctor. They are/were both part Time Lord and part Human. The only thing I could really say to defend that damn plot hole is because Donna!Doctor came from the Doctor's ~Time Lord~ half, Donna!Doctor's body is more stable than Doctor!Donna. Therefore, it can host a ~Time Lord's~ brain. IDK. IDGI.

I wish Tate would have signed on for more than one series. I'm going to miss her presence in Doctor Who. She and Tennant had unbelievable chemistry with each other; you could just tell they truly enjoyed working with one another. God, Donna was the best thing to come out of Nu Who so far, and now it's gone.

I cannot wait fanfaction, at all. I am terrible at it. So, I am know relying on other people. It's hard because it isn't like the Donna/Ten community is large. We are only a tiny faction of this crazed fandom.

I believe that Donna is the one who said she "got the brain" so I figured he didn't combust because he had the Donnas brain or at least like a humen brain.

PLOT HOLE! PLOT HOLE! You see, I don't understand how that could be possible because Donna!Doctor -- ake Clone!Doctor -- was still able to function like the original Doctor. He thought the exactly the same way; he acted the same... Okay, he may have a bit of Donna's personality, but my point still stands. It doesn't make sense either way. :'(

He might have the Doc's personality but not his time!brain like Donna, he never showed any sense of being like... the whole of existence knowledge crammed in his head I guess.

But, when Donna and the two Doctors were talking about Super Technobabble over by the control switch, they both gave that look and I believe said, "Why didn't I think of that?" Plus, honestly, how else would Donna!Doctor get the TARDIS running and create that Ray Gun of Unknown Powers without having a ~Time Lord's~ brain? Donna didn't become Doctor!Donna until she was hit with that gun, but Donna!Doctor was always running at the same level of the Doctor.

Wow, that sounds so confusing.

Also, she's human and Donna; of course, she will want to show off having that supreme knowledge. I would.

lol I don't know, I guess maybe he was made with Time Lordy Flesh. I still think that maybe it was just that he didn't have the part that made him be able to view through time and stuff, he still had memories but not the super time lord mind. Idk that is just what I am going with.

I think that the ten!clone is cloned directly from the hand, he's more time lord than human, so he's capable. Donna's herself with too much information in it. Like a 2 gig computer with 43 seasons of doctor who on it... it's going to start freezing and eventually burn up.

Argh :(

Hahaha, that's what I basically told my friend Stephanie (ohcupcakes). Still, there maybe a little bit of plot hole that I would like to get rid of. XD

I read someone describing the Doctor!Donna / Clone!Ten thing with a pretty funny (but good) game console analogy.

Doctor!Donna is like a Game Boy (human)....suddenly crammed with the abilities of a PS3 (Time Lord), but has to process that with the capabilities of the Game Boy brain. So, her brain cant handle it. :(

But Clone!Ten is a PS3, that has the abilities of a Game Boy put into his body. But because his PS3!brain is much bigger, it can cope with the Game Boy bits being thrown in.

Gahh.....that probably makes no sense. *L*

That's a nice little analogy, but it would make more sense if they used PSP instead of a Game Boy!! One, both the PS3 and PSP are made by Sony. Two, I think Donna has more brain power than a Game Boy. Hahaha.

It made sense.

I guess they used PS3 because its the newest, shiniest, and with the most processing power, while a GB doesnt have that. But yeah, PSP > Gameboy would've made more sense.

(IA, Donna isnt a GB....maybe GB Colour? *L*)

I used to have a GB Color, but I think I tossed it out. I lost all my games a long time ago before that, and I didn't understand the concept of "used games." I miss it.

XD

True. I own a DS Lite; I haven't bought a game for that in awhile. I should really do that.
