(no subject)
so thanksgiving was good, i saw my family from ohio. i saw my family. i had an entire day to myself just watching tv, taking a shower, and pampering myself. it was amazing!
i feel so guilty. i didn't see the fall play. i promised and promised myself i would go see it because i support the drama club 110%. however, my grades are slowly getting lower and my finals are coming up in a week. i'm worried that i'm not doing good in these classes. i had a project we had to go over with our teacher on friday, and i realized i was missing a lot of things. so i was completely stressed out the entire day. i called my mom and several cast members and they all agreed that school work comes first.
hopefully ill be able to see a video or something of the performance.
chris and i are becoming more and more distant.
i'm not sure, but when he came up to visit the weekend before thanksgiving, our conversations were either arguments, talking about school, or just silence. i'm worried that this college thing is not going to last....i'm worried my vacation will be just us sitting around doing nothing together. i'm worried about so many things with him i can't even fathom. and no one here understands because they barely know him.
its hard knowing you wont be together for the next four years...pysically. but having this aweful gut feeling you might not be in a relationship for the next four years scares me.
on a lighter note, i went to audition for "the Magic Flute" (its an opera) and i find out the results tomorrow. also our bball team has been winning constantly. i think we're like 8-1 in the Atlantic 10 conference...whatever that means. that would be amazing if we won!
i also saw WICKED at the Bushnell thanksgiving weekend. and thursday i saw Little Women here at URI. i'm missing theater so bad lately. that's why i auditioned for the opera. and that's also why i'm taking Theater 100 next semester. :) I'm sooo excited. but i have yet to talk to a theater advisior about minoring in theater...have to get on that soon.
i'm so looking foreward to my first Band Banquet! i've wanted to go to it all year. my mom brought up one of my dresses when she came up for the Basketball game yesterday. more on that later...
