OH HEY GUYS! This is my greeting call now, kind of like Hiiiiiii! or Aiba's gyaaagyaaaygygaa. I'm really excited because hey, it's April 22, and May 1st has shown up on Weather.com's 10-day forecast already - I go home on May 13. I have papers and projects and essays to do before that, and instead I'm making picspams, BUT! It's only a matter of ( Read more... )

I have a Literary Theory final next week, which I'm assured explains why I ended up with Russian formalists.
I'd pay good money to see Jun go try and read that sentence in English/Russian. He'd be so intense and then he'd finish, stare at me and say 'Dude, I'm a post-structuralist that sometimes dabbles in queer theory but I do respect British cultural studies and some of the later Marxist works.'

YOU KNOW HE READS FOUCAULT JUST SO HE CAN BE DEEEP and annoy Nino.

You know my fics? They all started with one stupid joke - basically, our BFF is Aiba and SHE MUST NEVER GO TO JAPAN because she'll marry him and I'll die - and we were 'Oh, so Jun is planning the wedding because he'll never get one... wait. Who is he dating? ... Kame?' and it stuck.
And then... we just started to explain JE's little mysteries with Matsukame. (Random golden Santa? Jun's idea, Kame couldn't say no. Tell me what you wanna be? The exact opposite. 1582? Nino went to dinner with both of them and just couldn't help himself.)
Then Angie created an Argentinian KAT-TUN forum and encouraged having a bad attitude and called it 'Get a grip KAT-TUN'*. :P And since I'm there too, I started to answer to some jokes with more Matsukame jokes. And then we did a manip using the ARgentinian equivalent of Jerry Springer and... stuff.
AND OTHER PEOPLE ARE DOING IT AS WELL. Somewhere along the line 'Jin and Kame had a terrible divorce, they're still fighting over the cat. Jun wants the cat to take Latin lessons, so Jin got custody. Plus a clothes-dryer is also at stake.' became forum-canon.
I think we actually convinced that while terrible for our minds and souls and the world, Matsujun and Kame together in any way would be fucking hilarious.
... Sorry for the tl;dr XD

* Well, 'RESCATATE KAT-TUN' which is the Argentinian version. :P

Sounds fun. o_o Actually, have you seen some of the books Jun's read? I saw some titles somewhere and looked them up, and most of it seems like pretty difficult/engaging stuff. I'm not surprised he knows enough kanji to make me feel terribly bad about myself LOL. Although, Harry Potter is ~veeeery engaging fare.

LMAO SOUNDS LIKE ACTUAL FUN. Good luck with it, I think this will greatly benefit the world. XDDD

He's on my 'Johnny's that definitely know how to read' list. :P Joking aside, I totally want that list. mostly because hey, I CAN TOTALLY JUSTIFY THAT AS PART OF MY COLLEGE WORK. SERIOUSLY.

The good part is that the JE never listens to the fans anyway, so even if it becomes OMG SO BIG, it'd be okay and the world will be spared a Matsujun/Kame concert. which would be traumatic in so many levels Aiba wouldn't speak on a week. 'AND NINO, THEN THEY... THEY... THERE WERE WIRES. AND LIPSTICK. AND LIGHTS.'

(I saaaw your name in the remix poll! It's awesome you're thinking of joining. :))

Man, I'm so sorry! It was a while ago, and I don't remember what & where & how. D: And by list, I think it was maybe two titles he'd talked about in Junstyle, possibly, maybe. They never really ask them about books in all the interviews, you know? :(

LOLS AND LEOTARDS. CAN'T FORGET THOSE.

(Yeah!! I'm interested! Mostly because it's during summer vacation, and I hope to be writing a lot~. That's why I hope the schedule will be early, rather than later and going into October or something.)

I know! That astounding lack of questions about books - books are the most important thing in the world, don't you know? - makes me wonder about how many JE can't read. :P
I mean, instead of the gazillion question about their ideal date/girlfriend/other member's ass, can't they ask 'What have you been reading recently'? And then Nino and Aiba can say 'Naruto', Sho can say 'A study of the banana production in tropical countries', Ohno can say '...' and Jun can say 'Proust'.

AND KIMONOS. BECAUSE KAME LURVES THOSE. AND PROBABLY LEATHER.
(The other ideal KT + Arashi combinations: Aiba and Junno - THIS IS THE CONCERT THAT NEVER ENDS -, Ohno and Akanishi - most laidback concert in the history of the world -, Nino and Ueda - so many bitching, so little time - and sho & Koki representing rappers. Nakamaru gets a stand-up comedy show called 'Only Sane Man'.)

(It's up to the masses! :P But our main idea is to avoid the other exchanges, basically, because we can't compete with JE Hols XD)
