What does it mean when two strangers meet again? I'd really like to know. Is it meant for something? Some specific reason? If two strangers meet twice in a lifetime is it destiny the third time or any time?

What's with bumper stickers?
One I read: "Don't let the car fool you, my treasure's in heaven."
What exactly does that mean? Why do people try to prove a point by sticking a message onto their car? I ain't saying it's wrong or stupid or useless; it's just weird and annoying sometimes.
