Yes, there is an exception to cross-posting regarding the icons contest specifically listed in the rules :)

"Multiple Postings
You cannot put graphics in your shop at hh_flourish that have earned points in other HiH subcomms. These subcomms include (but are not limited to) icontest communities, clubs, hogwartsicons, and your common room. Also, you cannot post icons/graphics in your shop and then later post them at one of the above places for more points. Post them in one place or the other, but not both. The exception to this rule would be if they are changed to allow for customization from those who order, as is common with icons from the officials contests that take place each term."

So in most cases that isn't allowed, but there is an exception for the Officials icon contest. Let us know if you have anything further!

I had a shop 5 years ago and then I left and now I'm back. I don't have to re open that shop, correct? When I reapply, it can be a completely new shop? Thanks!

That's correct. You can still use the same shop name if you want, but given the amount of time in between, I would still post an entirely new catalog.

As long as you have the permission of the artist, that's fine.

With Catalog posts, is there a min number of items you need to post?

My tag m-in-wonderland isn't working. I just posted my first catalog and it wouldn't work.

It's a common problem. Even if the mods have created a tag, members can't use them until they've been used before. Your tag should be working for future posts now. :)
