Well, disabled is kinda differently-abled too. It's not a blatant lie either. Maybe. Like, they can still do stuff, just differently. And it has less negative connotations than disabled.
I'm going into PR, duh. But seriously, 'disabled'. Not able. When they are able, just to a different degree. It deosn't take the inherent shittiness out of being in a wheelchair or whatever, but on an abstract level it's better to be 'differently abled', because then at least society grants you the right of being competent.
