New and old RPs welcome, but you have to fill out the application form first, which is really only fair. Any problems/questions contact dracocrescendo for further information. It's being spruced up for reopening right now, but do get in touch with her. APPLICANTS MUST BE 17/17+
If you will be 17 this year then something might be worked out, but you must ask.
