First entry...here goes
I didn't realize that I've had an LJ account for so long. I really ought to fiddle around with it more and learn how to use all the "bells and whistles", so to speak.
Well, currently the only interesting thing in my life besides my car finally being fixed after being on blocks for over a year >_< is that I've made three new online friends recently! That makes me very happy. I've been bored out of my tree these days, since my fanfics have kind of...well, I've got a brutal case of writer's block. My novel's been suffering too.
Ow, I am in SO much pain today. I really ought to take something for it, even my eyeballs hurt.
My Siamese cat, Isis, is sleeping in my lap, otherwise I probably would get up to take something...and make another pot of tea...but it's all right. She needs the warmth and the rest, and I know that she's preparing to cross over soon, so I'm treasuring every moment I have left with her. My beautiful girl. She was really sick last night, I hope it's not a sign of major problems. She seems happy and content enough, she's eating and drinking normally and behaving like her normal bright-eyed self. Isis is so beautiful, and I love her so much...I really ought to upload a pic of her onto my LJ, if I can.
Uh, anyway...had a spat with my sister, although it can't really be called a spat, it mainly consisted of her yelling at me how much she hates my boyfriend *sighs* Whatever. My family is falling apart.
I can't wait for my car to be fixed so I can finally get off my arse and start looking for a job again.
