I made potato cakes this morning. Divine. Left over mashed potato from Sunday's roast, bit of egg, bit of flour, salt and pepper, bit of grated cheese - all doughied together, flattened and pan fried. Left to cool, cut into wedges and smothered in butter

My thoughts were slightly different viz:- That's all it takes to get a potato cake? Not updating for ages, having people worry themselves over your welfare and then doing a (very) brief reply comment?
