Goings on..
Well, I got a call back from two perspective employers today. I have secondary meetings next week with bigger bosses, but I think I will get the nod. Which to take is going to be more the issue I think. I am glad, as I am sick of sitting around, even if the pay isnt all that. The electric tilt/trim in the boat went, but it was an easy fix, just had some crap in the oil, so I pulled it apart, did the fix, and it works like a charm again.
Caught a couple bass the other day (i have pics, so yeah, thy are real).. ironic part is every time I go fishing, its in the boat. $10 for bait, $10 in gas, $5 in beer/soda, $5 in food, and sure, I catch fish, but usually nothing huge or anything. I never fish in the canal behind my house, but i let loose bait there all the time, smaller fish, and any fish i catch gets transported to my canal in the backyard (which leads onto the lake). Well, today Chris's friend is fishing in the canal, using my little panfish rod, and a surface popper. Damned if he didnt catch a 6 or 7 lb bass 3 casts in, RIGHT where I park my boat. I had it on the trailer due to the above mentioned repair, and this kid, using MY rod, MY lure, in MY canal (that i never fish in) catches a lunker bass. Chris was so ticked he just walked in the house. He has yet to catch anything bigger than a brim cause he forgets to set the hook, or gets overly excited over them.
Well, thats the fishing and job report. Not much else I can tell you. Cheap beer on sale at walmart, $9.80 a case.

Found out that my neighbor across the street is not the local city commissioner, seems he is the county manager. Needless to say, I now respect his authoritay. Ok, south park shot. Nice enough guy though.
I am not a hat person, but on the water its nice to have one. Someone stole my only hat, and now i dont have one. I need one.
Looking forward to the show on May 7. Lineup looks supurb, I hope the fans show up. Well, thats all I have kids, see ya on the flipside.
