Yes (your back on the list). Not for any personal reasons though. I get along great with you in person, and enjoy conversing with you in person and online, but your LJ entries, frankly, arent amusing.
Point is, I want people to click on my friends list and see humor and upbeat positive things. I want them to be amused. I used to post in my LJ like you do, mostly griping about things and venting. Somebody IM'd me and clued me in to how uncool that was making me look.
Thats when I realized nobody really wants to read that crap, so I made a concious effort to either post topical humorous stuff, or small ancedotes, or amusing stories. If I want to gripe or vent, I call friends or family and just vent. If you want to vent, feel free to call me or IM me and I will be happy to lend an ear (keep in mind, I hate talking on the phone. I say what needs to be said, then hang up).
Your LJ entries, unfortunately, are almost singularly wallowing in self pity/doubt, or quizzes, or vague references to un-named people and things that unless you know who your talking about (and most of us dont) makes absolutely no sense to those reading it. If your not going to mention names, dont mention the incident.
I have put you back on my friends list, as I dont think anyone has ever flat out told you what I just said above, and knowing you, I think you were like me, in that you didnt realize how blah the posts are.
I understand where you are coming from. But, i dunno, i have always been this emo driven freak show that is always emotional. I write what i write about just because i do, im sorry that what i say bothers you. Sometimes my journals are upbeat...hell, in the past few days i have done more entries than i have in a month, its just taht im going through alot right now, alot...and most people on my freinds list know exactly what im talking about. im just a bitter and angry person with lots of Angst. No wonder why Dawsons Creek is my fave TV show. lol.
It doesnt bother me so much. Well, the vague unknown references do. (Mention names?) I have learned that if you try to please everyone, you will always fail. Accept that fact. Those that arent going to be pleased, fuck em! That person is an asshole, and the opinion of an asshole shouldn't matter to you.
