I ran the 15k in Tampa this morning, Martin, my parents and my little brother came out to watch me. They were really supportive and I was impressed that they all came considering they had to get up at 6:00 in the morning to drive to Tampa. I finished the 9.32 miles in 1:47.82, that's approximately an 11.5 minute mile, not too bad considering I did run 9.3 miles but on the whole, it wasn't much faster than my 10k a few weeks ago. Martin was so amazed that I did it, it was really great to have him there.

Tonight we are celebrating Valentine's and I am wearing high heels and my feet have lots of blisters, not a pleasant combination.
