I gave Bucky a ridiculous little dog (which I haven’t described in depth, but I picture as some type of bichon/small terrier cross) in my latest story because:

A. I thought it would be cute.

B. Pets can be good for people’s mental health, and lord knows Bucky could use the help.

C. Bucky’s life just wasn’t complete without a tiny bundle of ill-advised scrappiness to fuss over.
