Hi!
I've made a new icon tutorial. I used it at the previous entry. I hope everybody like it!

Step 1:
Go to Layer>>New Adjustments Layer>>Curves... and set it:
RGB:
Input: 60
Output: 170 (I used 150 beacuse my base wasn't too dark)

I got:


Step 2:
Go to Layer>>New Adjustments Layer>>Levels and set it:
Input levels: (30; 1,00; 255;)
Output levels: (0; 255;)

I got:


Step 3:
Go to Layer>>New Adjustments Layer>>Color Balance and set it:
Midtones:
-12, -19, -32
Highlights:
0, 0, +21

I got:


Step 4:
Go to Layer>>New Adjustments Layer>>Hue/Saturation and set it:
RGB: 
+17

I got:


Step 5:
Go to Layer>>New Adjustments Layer>>Selective Color and set it:
REDS
(-54; 0; +100; 0;)

YELLOWS
(0; 0; -100 (or +100 if that's nice); 0;)

GREENS
(-52; -79; +100; +100;)

CYANS
(+23; +85; -100; 0;)

BLUES
(+58; +14; -32; 0;)

BLACKS
(0; 0; 0; +11;)

And you're done!
