If no one is around when parcel is being delivered to your house, you will find a collection slip of paper usually found at your doorstep and you can arrange for your parcel to be delivered to your house again. More information can be found on that slip of paper. Alternatively, you can also self collect your parcel at the post office specified on the slip of paper as well.

Once items are shipped out, items will be delivered to you within the next working day!

If no one is at home to collection, parcel will be deposited into recipient's letterbox during the first delivery attempt to doorstep. When delivered to letterbox, postman's signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery. Retrieval of a duplicate copy of the signed delivery note is available upon request at $2.

We provide home delivery too!
This would be very convenient for people who want their items urgently as due to my school timetable which usually ends at 5pm. I'll only be able to do mailings during 1-2 times per week.
