- Lastly , there will not be enough paper bags for everyone and i can't promise you whether i can get it for you and no reserving of paper bags or buying of paper bags. From this spree onwards , paper bags will be given to the 1st 5 spree-ers who order a lot of canvas tote or anything that is bulky.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
*PLEASE READ BEFORE ASKING ME ANY QUESTIONS!*
Question #1: Are they authentic?
Answer: Yes! 100% authentic. All these items are shipped from Marc By Marc Jacobs (USA) , not from any factory outlets.
Question #2: Why are the prices so cheap compared to other products in Marc By Marc Jacobs store?
Answer: These are all special items from the store , hence the cheaper price.
Question #3: Why must we make payment before we order and why can't we do it the other way round?
Answer: That is because i've experienced people who commented , agreeing to make payment on this specific date but disappeared into thin air ~ Therefore , it's best to make payment before you order!
Question #4: Can i know exactly when the stocks will reach Singapore?
Answer: Roughly about 3 weeks but i stated 3-4 weeks is in case of any unexpected delays.
Question #5: Is your supplier reliable / able to trust?
Answer: Yes! I had already received Marc Jacobs Spree #1's items
Question #6: Are the prices stated on your spree site SGD or US money?
Answer: SGD $$$$$ but you gotta get the shipping fees first! Just follow the order format.
Question #7: I've checked the Marc Jacobs Official Website , why is your pricing more than its stated on the web?
Please check carefully. I've stated before the cut , it's U.S money. My supplier can't possibly help me to collect all the stocks , and ship it to me for free isn't it? He has to earn some commission for himself as well as he's forking out for GST and some other bills. Hence , this price stated on my web. On a lighter note , if you feel uncomfortable joining this spree , would encourage you not to join :)
Question #8: Will items reach on any specific date?
Answer: I can't confirm!!! I had already stated items would take about 3-4 weeks to arrive. I've added 1 week extra just in case of any unexpected delay.
Question #9: What other payment method can i make if i don't have an ATM card?
Answer: You can go up to any posb/dbs bank. Queue up and tell them you want to do a bank transfer. All you need to know is the exact $$$ , my full name + my bank type + bank account (will give you through email once order(s) confirmed!) And give them the $$$ , they will help you to do a transfer. It's really simple!
Question #10: Why is the price slightly increase for some items compared to Spree #1?
Answer: The reason why is because i have 2 suppliers from now on! The 2nd supplier will be flying over to L.A to help my 1st supplier. Therefore , price had increased. The prices stated here will be the fixed price in upcoming Marc Jacobs sprees. Hope all of you understand!
Question #11: Would you bring in colours / designs that are out of stock?
Answer: Once the design/colours are out of stock , Marc Jacobs store would not be restocking. Especially the Fist Backpack , large size is out of stock and most colors for the normal sized backpack are out of stock as well!
