[What a dull and dreary day. You know what would make this day a good deal less dull? Flowers. An entire garden of flowers, to add to Luceti's already fascinating array of gardens.

Should you be around the area of CH4, you might notice a sudden burst of colour as many summer flowers seem to grow and bloom from the ground in a matter of seconds.

It's Rise-- Rise Kujikawa. [You know what? She's just going to dash ahead so she's at the top of the steps on the fourth floor hopefully before Yuuka. This is getting a bit weird.] Why'd you want to do this?

[Well she isn't the fastest of youkai, so she's stopping half way up the steps and looking up as Rise overtakes her.] Dear me, I was only offering to grow flowers for you. [So many flowers.] It was going to be an act of kindness. If you haven't heard, I tend to be quite the kind being. Though perhaps I was too forward~? If so, please accept my apologies. [No. Don't listen. She's an atrocious liar. She'll wait a moment before walking up the rest of the way, providing no one stops her.]

[And this is where Rise hesitates. She did have a point-- though she'd mentioned before this was that she'd punish anyone who'd ruined her flowers. Nothing wrong with that; Rise'd heard of people doing worse over flowers before, so...

Oh my yes, all the time~ [More lies.] I just feel so happy being able to grow flowers for others, so that at least this way they are staved elsewhere away from my own beds. [No she doesn't. Anyway, here she is, fourth floor, room to the right. Stepping to one side, she waves her hand towards the door in a polite gesture.]

Would you care to do the honours? I would hate to encroach on another's abode without the proper permission.

[Sure, it's weird from Rise's standards to grow flowers for other people, but then again, that's because no one else did that back in her world. Does it really matter if the apartment got a bit of sprucing up?
