[What a dull and dreary day. You know what would make this day a good deal less dull? Flowers. An entire garden of flowers, to add to Luceti's already fascinating array of gardens.

Should you be around the area of CH4, you might notice a sudden burst of colour as many summer flowers seem to grow and bloom from the ground in a matter of seconds.

It is an ability of mine, being able to manipulate flowers like this whenever and wherever I please. [She has to ask about those ears.] It would be my guess you are not human, judging by your appearance. Am I correct?

It is a wonderful ability to have, so very powerful and yet beautiful as well. [More words she doesn't know, or care about. Great Deku Tree...?] I know nothing of this 'Deku Tree', though the fairies back in my home were quite troublesome and needed dealing with now and then. [She's fought more than her fair share of fairies.]

Ah, annoying fairies are amongst the most troubling of fairies. Especially the ones that freeze my flower beds. I'm sure there are kind fairies in my own world too, but I've never bothered talking to them long enough to find out~

As far as I know, I am the only youkai that can manipulate flowers, though there are many more youkai with other abilities. For example, one youkai I know has the ability to manipulate distance, another has the ability to distinctly judge good and evil.

Well the ability is purely situational. The incompetent shinigami who possessed the ability worked along the Sanzu river, ferrying ghosts across toward the Higan. Depending on the ghosts past life and the amount paid to the ferryman, the width of the river would change accordingly, all due to the shinigami's ability to manipulate the distance it takes to cross the river~ [So she's not exactly explaining how you manipulate distance...]
