[Ikki rarely pays attention to the journals, though he did hear the threat it meant little to him as he just changed his usual training spot to the mountains. His close-to-teleport ability made it easy to reach them and avoid the forest. Anyway even without the threat he would have avoided the forest for a time.
So Ikki doesn't hear Polka's coughing neither does he see her using those powers of hers or whatever to restore almost the whole forest. He does, however, feel her Cosmos move towards the forest and then raise in an explosion as she used her astra. Whatever she did left her with a very weak Cosmos and probably helpless.
It's only a matter of seconds before a phoenix made of flames flies from the mountains to where she is, swallowing her body in flames as Ikki picks her up and teleports again this time towards the village.]
[ She's out for several minutes - doesn't even look like she's breathing if not for the faint shifting of her weight in her sleep. Eventually she rouses, her eyes opening slightly. . . ]
[Ikki's not worried about the almost apparent lack of breath, he can feel her Cosmos, weak as it is but still there. If he knew a bit more he could even offer some of his Cosmos to replenish hers but for the moment he just lets her sleep and heads to her home. Good thing he accompanied her there back in the day.]
You were. You used your energy and almost all of the forest was restored. [Some kind of power you have there, Polka. But Ikki's not going to question it at the moment.] It exhausted you thought, we're almost there.
[As casual as he's talking they are actually in the middle of his teleport, which isn't instant but it's faster than walking. Polka may feel a powerful energy surrounding her, protecting her, if she were to try to peek at where they are exactly all she would see are flames surrounding them but not burning them.]
I see... [ Despite how tired she is, she's quite pleased. She doesn't question how the heck they were -getting- there, considering she can see the aura of flames around them. She's too tired to question that. ]
[Ikki's glad she isn't asking more, he doesn't want to get serious about her resting. Anyway soon the aura of flames will vanish as they arrive to the entrance of her house.]
[ Polka shakes her head - though the realization that they were at the house processes quickly. ]
I never lock my door - but you can put me down Saint Ikki, I'm okay to walk now. I just needed a breather. [ She just needs a lot of rest now. Being carried all the way is embarrassing.]
[Ikki doesn't need to be asked twice and puts her down carefully, he won't be far behind her thought, just in case.]

[Not to mention that by the level of her Cosmos it almost feels as if she could die at any given moment. Ikki isn't the mother hen type but Polka isn't going to shake him off easily at the moment.]
As I said, whatever you did almost all of what was gone of the forest has been restored. As if nothing had ever happened. And it left you basically at the verge of death.
[He's not sure how much she's off that verge, thought. Still stalking here, kthx.]
