I'm all right! I ended up with a small cold, but it wasn't anything serious. Besides, I had my friend Anise here to take care of me. As it turns out, a lot of people I know are here!

Oh! Well I'm glad you weren't more sick - and it's great that you have friends here too. I mean, it makes being away from home a lot easier. I'm relieved that you have someone looking out for you here.

It was my own fault I got sick. When I heard my friend Anise was coming, I went outside to meet her and we were both caught in the rain. [Light chuckle.] It really does help, having her and everyone else here. It's made these past few weeks really great!

Actually, Anise insisted I move in with her and the others. Not that I mind at all, of course. It's nice living together under one roof; rather like a family.

Oh but that's a relief! You're absolutely right, it is nice to stay under the same room with people you know. [ Unless awkwardness happens and then you have to worry about one of them not looking after themselves, the other avoiding everyone, and then your own health. :I :( ;o; ]

It's not as lonely that way. [ Ion has his friends, and Polka has the kitty to keep her company! :D ]

It hasn't been very lonely at all, really. Even if my friends weren't here, everyone else seems so kind.

That's true. If Frederic and Viola weren't around, I'd be lonely, but there are so many nice people I don't think I could be lonely for long. Even if there are some...unpleasant things going on, we have to stay positive and keep moving forward.
