Oh, hey, fic! Twice!
The hpvalensmut master list is up, so I can now say I wrote two things:
My original assignment was to write for nightfalltwen, and I wrote this:
Title: Shattered World Shall Emerge (Valensmut post here)
Pairing: Susan/Hannah
Summary: Susan's world is chaotic and dark, but soon, it will be dawn.
Words: 7900
Rating: NC17, though rather lightly so.
Warnings: although not altogether dark, this story features some dystopian themes and illness.
A/N: My recipient request vanilla femmeslash with more description than dialogue. She also asked for things like poetry and foreign locations, which I didn't so much manage, and an absence of crudity, which I think I did. I hope. Thanks to snegurochka_lee and regan_v for beta help.
...and then three weeks or so ago, the mod asked if I could do a pinch. Short and sweet, she said, short and sweet and it's for snegurochka_lee and she's flexible and likes Charlie and Bill and so on. And what did my brain do with that? *stabs* Sirius Sodding Black. I don't write Sirius. WTF. And so, this happened:

Rating: NC17
Pairings: Remus/Severus, Severus/Sirius, Sirius/Remus
Word Count: 14,000 and change
Warnings: This is not AU and is DH-compliant; see pairings. Absence of fidelity, angry sex, messed up relationships. Early segments do include sexual behavior in school (so probably under 18, but that is fudgeable; they might be 18) and there is brief canon het.
Summary: A three-legged stool, even if the legs are incongruent and the seat is ugly, even if the ground on which it sets is uneven, is generally stable.

Notes: This is a pinch hit for a pinch hitter; thus, the recipient didn't have an actual sign-up. I therefore used her Smutmas sign-up. Because this is a multi-pairing story spanning nearly thirty years, the point of view has to not only rotate amongst characters, but change over time, which I hope isn't too insane. Thanks to Vi for the read-through, and inell for letting me natter incessantly.
