listing an interest in an illegal activity must be viewed as using LiveJournal to solicit that illegal activity....

As I said over at Femme's, I find this most alarming. I have "gay marriage" listed as an interest -- it's illegal in my state. From what Abuse has been saying, I could, potentially, have my LJ suspended/deleted without warning for my support for equal marriage rights for all.

*headdesk*

But I shall take a bit of a leaf out of your book and add to my general fanfic disclaimer the further disclaimer that this is all fiction and writing about it does not mean I condone it.

Thanks. I added "participate in" as well, on general principles. It's that academic side coming to the fore with the fancy smooth language...
