Picspam #1: Al Pacino

Oct 17, 2005 15:28

Ok, it's been a while since I wanted to try one of those picspams which seems to be much appreciated on my friendlist.
First one is dedicated to my most favourite actor - an amazing talent, and a charming man.

These pics I collected surfing through the net, and a few appeared also on pacino_daily and pacinocommunity . Copyright of the respective owners, this is just for fun ( Read more... )

They are both, De Niro and Pacino very interesting actors and they know how to use their faces. I would actually include Dustin Hoff man in with these two as male actors that know the importance of their facial muscles in film acting. That said, Pacino has lovely liquid eyes with so much expression - but his mouth is where my eye goes, full, flexible yet sculpted, and he controls that sultriness so well as to not be distracting to his roles. He is a consummate actor. Good choice, Florabella!

Dustin Hoffman is definitely another talented professionist in the acting field. He's on the same level as Pacino and De Niro - and a few others.
It's amazing the way they are able to disappear into their roles. That's what acting means to me.

(I like "Florabella!!^^)

I never miss the trilogy everytime it passes on tv - even if I have a super de-luxe DVD version, and I know every single dialogue by heart...*coughs*

Michael Corleone still remains my favourite role by Pacino - followed by his performance for "Scent of a woman", "Frankie and Johnny", "Carlito's way" and "The devil's advocate".

Oh my goodness.

Oh my! At photo 20 my heart stopped. I positively *adore* that photo.

If you don't mind, may I add you as a friend? I already loved what I've read "Of Honor and Love," and now this! I would prefer not to miss any other goodies. :)

Of course you can add me, I'll add you too. Always glad to be in touch with another fellow Pacino-fan. :)
