Made into Brooklyn yesterday around 4:30ish- no birds in the plane engines, always a plus :) Had yummy Chicken Pad Thai for dinner, delivered! and then watched Music and Lyrics with my sis :)
Today was a go-major-grocery-shopping-and-CVS-shopping-plus-lots-of-cleaning-and-getting-organized day. Tomorrow I'm meeting up with a friend I met in the study abroad program I did for a summer in London, summer of 2005! We haven't seen each other since then, but have kept in touch, so it'll be quite the reunion I'm sure :) Can't wait!!
Next week I'll be visiting a bunch of art museums, mainly the ones I haven't been to, and see what they're like- if I'd want to volunteer there over other art museums. and then apply and get "hired"! yay! if only it were that easy....
I'm still nervous/excited about this huge change, and hopefully the next few days/weeks will go smoothly :)
oh, also joined the gym that is LITERALLY right across the street from here. so really, I have no excuse to not go.
and i'm probably a bit more excited about the new Trinny and Susannah TV show on TLC "Making over America." I looooove their version of What Not to Wear on BBC, but I think it got canceled? so hopefully this will be just as great! :)
