Ryo sat alone in his dressing room. It was somewhat really quiet since his band mates were all at Osaka.
He was playing with his guitar but didn’t succeed much since he kept on sighing every now and then.
He had this melody in his head for some time now. He had wanted to write a new song.
Ryo threw his head backward and sighed once again.
“It won’t work…” he whispered to himself.
“What won’t work?” someone at the door asked, surprising him.
“I’m trying to compose a new song with that melody that is haunting me since the past few days but it just won’t work itself out.” Ryo said looking at the person who entered the room and sat on the couch like he own the place.
“What are you here for anyway?” Ryo asked the other and sat near him.
“Nothing, just heard some noises and went to see what it was.” He said. “So calm without them here.” He added and stared at Ryo for a while.
“Yeah… kind of lonely.” He laughed and the other person smiled.
“So what is that melody you want to use? Let me hear again?”
“Why do you care?” Ryo looked suspiciously at the guy.
“I thought we were friends now?” he pouted.
“Yes we are. Ok I will play it for you, listen quietly will you Tatsuya?” Ryo said getting his guitar again.
After 30 minutes, Tatsuya was still listening to Ryo playing. It was indeed a nice melody. But it missed something.
“Maybe you should add some more instruments? Like piano or violin?” Tatsuya said tentatively.
“Yeah maybe… Will you play for me then?” Ryo smiled at him sincerely.
“Well, ok” Tatsuya smiled back and they grinned like childs.
Truthfully, Ryo had wanted to write a song with his friend for a while. He just didn’t have the courage to ask the other since their schedule weren’t really according them time to be together.
Seems like it was easier than what he had thought.
Tatsuya just agreed, and it’s been 3 weeks now that they’re composing the song.
Tatsuya played the piano and Ryo added lyrics to the song.
It was becoming something good finally.
Ryo was happy singing the song in his bedroom on the phone with Tatsuya while the other was laughing at him.
“Stop singing it haha are you that happy that we managed to finish it?”
“Of course I am! I was trying to write that one for about a week before you barged in and helped me.” Ryo barked playfully.
“I’m not that useless then.” Tatsuya whispered.
“You’re not useless, Princess, not at all. Never think that, ok?” Ryo tried to coax the other.
He knew he had hurt him really bad at that time, but he was grateful they became friends now.
Maybe, they can be more than that, he hoped.
“Yeah, ok. If you, the sexy Osaka man says so, it must be true then.” Tatsuya smiled on the phone.
Ryo used that song for a single. He recorded it and even did a PV. He was glad it turned out great.
He wanted Tatsuya to watch and listen to it. He wanted Tatsuya to be proud of him. Proud of their song. What he didn’t know is that Tatsuya might not be okay with it.
“Why did you use our song? Couldn’t you write another one by yourself? Were you that lazy?” Ueda screamed in his ears.
“But I thought you would be happy that I used it! Why are you so unhappy about that? It’s a great song! Are you afraid of what people will think when they’ll know you helped me compose and write it? Because YES YOUR NAME IS IN IT!” Ryo screamed back with anger.
“You are such an asshole Ryo! You could have asked me before deciding by yourself!” Ueda said and sat on the couch. “This song is also mine! Don’t decide everything!” he whispered and sighed.
“Tatsuya… I’m sorry I really thought you would be happy I used our song. But I don’t understand why you don’t like the idea.” Ryo placed himself in Tatsuya’s legs and put his arm on his knees. “Why are you unhappy I used it, tell me?” Ryo locked his eyes with his friend and looked intently at him, expecting a good answer.
It was not what he was thinking thought. Everything but that.
“Because it is our song Ryo. It is only our, I don’t want to share it with the public or anyone else.” That was the answer he got, and it surprised him.
“Tatsuya, what are you saying? Why wouldn’t you want to share that song? It’s a masterpiece. I didn’t know you were that possessive.” Ryo smiled and giggled at his friend’s antics.
“But it’s not every day I get to write a song with you… I wanted to keep it only for us.” Tatsuya pouted and tried to get up but Ryo was blocking his knees.
“Princess… We can write and compose other songs if you want. Anytime, it would be my pleasure. Just don’t be like that, will you?” Ryo placed a kissed on Tatsuya’s head.
“Don’t get angry at me for being proud of our work and wanting to tell the whole world.” Ryo said while Tatsuya kept sighing.
“Don’t get angry at me for wanting you only for myself either. If it is something I really don’t want to share with anyone it is you. I don’t care about the song if I can have you with me by my side.” He added and looked hopefully at his friend for a good reaction.
“Eh? What did you say Ryo?” Tatsuya looked at him surprised.
“I said I love you and I only want you for myself.” Ryo pecked him on the lips and placed his arms around Ueda’s neck. “I want you to be only mine, can I?”
“B-but I…” Tatsuya tried to answer but Ryo kissed him passionately, taking his breath away. Tatsuya didn’t have the choice but to accept his fate and kissed Ryo back.
“I think I might love you too Ryo.” Tatsuya smiled widely at him after they kissed for some times.
“Are you mad at me for using our song now?” Ryo tried while hugging his princess tightly and placing butterfly kisses on his neck.
“Not if you keep kissing and hugging me like that ~” Tatsuya whispered in Ryo’s ears and kissed him on the nose. “Teehee ~”
“You are being cute again.” Ryo grinned at his now boyfriend and continue hugging him.
“It’s okay being cute with you.” Tatsuya cuddled to his lover and sighed contentedly while Ryo laughed loudly.
“Don’t laugh at me!” Tatsuya pinched Ryo on his ribs.
“But you’re so cute!! I love you Princess!” And Ryo kissed him to shut him up.

This time, Kanjani8 members were here with him. Bugging him and being loudly to no end.
He was getting really pissed when the door opened, revealing the pretty face of his lover.
“Tatsuya!! Come here, will you.” Ryo said, running to get him before his stupid band mates had the time to move.
“What’s going on?” Tatsuya asked confusedly. “Did you had lunch already, Ryo-chan?”
“Eehhh? Since when our Ryo-chan and Hime-chan are close with each other? Or should I say A COUPLE?” Subaru grinned widely at them.
The other 5 members were staring with wide eyes at Ryo and Tatsuya who were hugging and cuddling on Ryo’s table chair.
“It’s none of your business Baru-chan” Ryo said, got up and took Tatsuya’s hand in his. “We’re going to have lunch, don’t follow us!” He added and went away with his princess.
“They’re so cute together!! I never thought this day would come.” Okura said, Maru and Yasu agreeing with him.
“Yeah, Hime-chan is good for our Ryo-chan.” Yoko smiled widely then smirked evilly.
“I know what you think and it is a NO-NO” Hina pointed his finger at his friend smacking him on the head.
“But whyyyyyyyy they’re so much more interesting now that Jin got married to Meisa, no chance seeing him with Kamenashi!” Yoko whined and made a grimace with his face at Hina. “No fun Shin-chan!”
“Hai hai ok shut up now!” Hina kissed Yoko on the lips shocking the rest of the members who were staring at them.
“Well… Yoko finally had his Shin-chan for himself then ~ I WON!” Subaru grinned widely and danced happily.
Meanwhile, at a nearby restaurant, Ryo and Tatsuya were having lunch together.
Tatsuya helped his boyfriend with a song again. It was a common thing now.
They kissed and ate then kissed again and hugged.
They were in their own world, not noticing a familiar figure behind them.
“If I had known I would have not come here to eat…” Kamenashi Kazuya whispered to Shige, boredom written on his face while watching the RyoDa couple interacting with each other.
