I think I'm crazy.

As an after thought from my last post...Why would someone have to consciously decide to think? Shouldn't that be automatic? like... shouldn't seeing some sort of random object trigger your brain to set off random thoughts? or associate with random previous experiences? or if there are no previous experiences, wouldn't you *normally* automatically start to try to understand this new fangled object/experience?

It makes sense that you would consciously have to decide to learn something, because you have to allow yourself to settle into that mind set... But... walking down the street randomly bringing up topics of conversation with yourself should be automatic.

The weird thing about how I think *lately* is I have to consciously decide to think about things. There are always moments when I'll just be sitting and a thought will pass by.. but normally it's like I have to switch my brain on in the morning.

maybe that's just a recent occurance...

weird...
