My Gimpy Knee Part 3
well, the doctor called. said the goo from my knee isn't culturing anything yet, that there are white blood cells in it, but not enough to indicate an infection. the x-rays showed nothing other than that i have fluid around my knee (DUH!).
it was feeling pretty good until i worked a double yesterday, with the morning being very hectic. now my knee is back to being full of fluid, and it's kinda sore.
i have another doctor appointment a week from monday, but i don't know if i can wait that long. i want them to take out another syringeful or two of yellow goo from my knee so i don't gimp around like frankenstein and it doesn't hurt so much when i bend my knee...
oh well, sounds like (if nothing else shows up) i'll be going to an orthopedic surgeon. THANK GOD FOR INSURANCE!
off to toronto for the weekend. you all have fun!
