Well it's official. I just hit my 30 lb mark. I've lost 30 pounds since January this year. So for 6 months at a mere 5 pounds each, that's a pretty healthy and steady weight loss. I think I can maintain it.
However that only means it's going to get even harder from here. Instead of a cardio based workout, I'm going to have to start toning which means kickboxing, yoga, and weight lifting. I enjoy those, but man it's been forever. The last time I took yoga with Rye bread at JMU was sometime in May, and I could barely hold the difficult positions.
I've also got to be careful when I go back to the States so as I don't inhale junk food and completely ruin my most recent progress.
