- I really wish I could write everything that has happened to me in the past few days/weeks, but that would take way too long and way too much effort.

I have a new philosophy about the group. I believe that the reason for all the turmoil in the group is that most people in the group are not content with their lives or how things are going in their lives. They are very frustrated and that frustration builds, and builds. I think the fact that most group members are discontent with the lack of fun being had just contributes to the frustration. Consequently, when someone does something or says something they don't like, they let out all of the frustration on that person. Obviously there are just some people, like myself, who have bad tempers and overreact to things, too. But this built up frustration is a major cause of the turmoil. I experience this too sometimes. I get frustrated with the boring nights and the uptight nature of the group and sometimes I lash out at people who do not deserve it. Another reason for turmoil is low self-esteem. Many group members aren't comfortable with themselves and this causes depression which leads to anger. No one just lets things slide or ( ... )
