Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Falkner's extremely fit for his age. Though not the type to be sporting a six-pack, he's definitely got quite a bit of muscle due to hours and hours of physical training and conditioning. He may be only 5'10" and not totally ripped, but don't underestimate his strength.
2. How old is he?
He's 19 years old.
3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
Falkner carries himself with purpose. After police training and such, he hardly ever slouches anymore. It's almost always "back straight, head up" for him.
4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Like mentioned above, Falkner's extremely fit. He's got nothing holding him back except his own workaholic habits so he's up doing conditioning almost every morning by 5:30.
5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Falkner tries to be rather fluid with his movements, but with a tense situation he does stiffen up quite a bit.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
He considers himself to be quite normal looking, actually. He doesn't think about himself like that, but he makes sure that he's always presentable.
7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
His skin is rather fair and has some scars from previous fights and battles. He doesn't bother to hide them, though, and they're not extremely noticeable unless you actually look at it.
8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
His hair is blue and hard to manage. He makes an effort to at least make it look semi-decent in the mornings, but after a while he's just like "fuck it".
He parts his hair over his right eye, but he does carry clips to pin it up and out of his way if the situation calls for it. However, he's gotten used to the slightly impaired vision after years and years and years of having his hair like that.

Not really?
11. What are his chief tension centers?
His face (particularly his jaw), his shoulders, and his hands.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
YUKATAS, ROBES, OTHER FANCY TRADITIONAL SHIT, POLICE CLOTHES, AND FORMAL ATTIRE. They're shades of blue or black with white. WHAT ARE NORMAL CLOTHES.
13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?
He really hates wearing his uniform when he doesn't have to. His robes are much more comfortable, though all his clothes fit well.
14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
ROBES ALWAYS. THEY ARE COMFORTABLE AND EASY TO WEAR AND TAKE OFF SORTA.

thongs Usually briefs, but sometimes boxers. It depends on if he has to wear his uniform or not and how he's feeling. :|a
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate?
Depends on the situation! He's normally pretty even, but on the job he's louder. oh god that sounds bad In most cases, he's a pretty easy talker, but there are times where he hesitates quite a bit and even goes all huffy instead of using words.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?

Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?

3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others?
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?
5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?
Falkner's the gym leader of Violet City and a cop for the Violet City Police Department. He's still relatively new to both of these jobs since in the Johto and Kanto regions, he, Janine, and Green (Blue) are the newest gym leaders, and he started his police work not too long before that. However, since his mind has been set on these things since he was very young, he's actually quite good at what he does! He would love to one day to a member of the International Police, but he doesn't want to give up his father's gym for it. Therefore, there is a dilemma in Falkner's head that's not going away anytime soon.

but uh. Training. Studying up on laws and stuff. Gym battles. He's really interested and dedicated to his work, so. Most of his waking hours are spend with it.
7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
He forgets to eat. All of the time. And when he does eat, he tends to make the simplest of foods for himself, so when he eats out he cherishes it and orders a lot so he can have leftovers. The meal he's least likely to forget, though, is breakfast.
He also doesn't eat anything with any kind of bird meat. 8|
