Quite excited

I have been eating really well this week (with the exception of having a little too much wine). My excitement is cooking myself dinner tonight. I am going to grill Mahi Mahi for the first time!

Last night I made us a ground turkey with crushed tomatoes and fresh basil that I have been growing...tonight will be the mahi mahi with (potentially) a fresh pesto and rice...though I may turn it into a big salad (the lettuce is taking over!).

JW and CW are going up to the U.P. tonight so it's just me and the pups...interning tomorrow and cleaning on Sunday...so I'm looking forward to my Mahi Mahi...any suggestions on how to grill it?
