What's been going on with me

Yes, I got rid of tweet feed mainly because it was almost saying the same thing everyday lol lol lol
Lately, to be honest it has been enjoying weekends and M-F chugging along and trying to finish up my thesis. It seems like I will be hopefully defending early fall semester (Sept.). Not my original goal but it seems like everytime I take a step forward I take about 2-3 steps back lol. I think I got the code working then I have it spit out answers that do not logically make sense. ... D'oh >.< Sadly, I am getting so use to it that it does not even phase me anymore. More like OK send email to adviser, wait on response, if no response go see him on Tuesday anyways lol.
The only new thing is that I seem to have a bit more of a social life this summer at least in Grand Forks. Been hanging out with Evil Jen and Joel alot which is always fun times. This Friday I am going to the North Dakota Horse Racing track for $1 beer and $1 hotdog night so a cheap but fun night. Maybe I can win enough money to cover for the $1 beers lol lol. Also Sunday might be tubing with Evil Jen so woot! This is kinda a change from last summer where I retreated to Minot a lot more on weekends, heck now I am only there once a month if I am lucky. Granted, last year I was dating Kyle (asshat) so that probably explains it.
Oh yeah truck update.... I am getting new tires thanks to mom and dad ... it's my graduation present lol. Sadly most places auto wise are closed on Sundays so I have to go tire price shopping sometime today ^_^. Hopefully I will have new tires at the end of this week.
Sadly, I am inching toward the mark of one year of no dates =( kinda depressing in a way but in others not so much. Would be great to be dating someone but given in 6 months from now I may be in a completely different side of the US who knows. I admit there are times I am down thinking about it, then there are times I am like "FUCK YEAH I can do what I want when I want and no one can say otherwise". I think all I need to do is invent an electric cuddle blanket / pillow of some sort then I would be set ;) Sadly, it is the cuddles and falling asleep near someone I miss the most.
