Nah I don't mind. It smells good so I doubt there's gonna be anything hideously wrong with it.

I followed the recipe exactly, so it should taste fine, right?

Yeah it should. Well, I mean it doesn't always, but the chance is nil that it would be not edible if you followed the recipe to a T.

Yeah, that's really important for pies. It lets the filling set properly so it doesn't explode on you.
