Hey, Lyon. Did Ken teach you how to make pancakes?

[Glancing over her shoulder trying to see the results..]

Oh! Good morning, Omi. Ken's been showing me some things in the kitchen lately, so I thought I'd try it myself today. Do they look all right?

They look, um, great.

[Yeah, they're a little burned, but he's too nice to say that.]

Great! It's my first time, so I was worried.

You know, I've heard the color is better if you flip them right after you start to see bubbles.

R-right. And maybe you could turn the heat down. Just a little.

[Lyon reaches over to adjust the heat, frowning just slightly.]

What? Oh, um..... No, they're a little teeny bit burnt, but you can hardly tell.

And anyway, they don't have to look good. The taste is the important thing.
