Coffee?!?!
I had to work last night at 7-11. Good news - last night was my last night there. Bad news...I have to be at the physical therapy office at 9AM and I'm running on fumes. I'm probably stopping for coffee on my way into work, however since I have to wait for Mallory to arrive, I can't make it to the next town over for my Mocha Alert, so I have to settle for plain coffee. Sucks considering the mocha alert will defenitly keep me awake until I get off work tonight at 7, then also keep me awake to watch Chase until close to midnight. *dreads day of NO SLEEP* The only reason I agreed to watch Chase tonight was because Mallory is watching Taylor all day today while I'm working, and I figure that since I have the weekend off, it's okay. However, Matt is staying here Saturday night so we can talk, figure out paperwork things, and so I can celebrate that I'm not at 7-11 anymore. *drinkie drinkie for me!* So, I can assume that I won't get much sleep Saturday night since we'll be up talking and what not. We're both kind of disapointed that we didn't get the chance to do this with just the two of us *ie. hotel room* simply because there wouldn't be any distractions. No TV, no cell phones, just the two of us talking openly and honestly for the first time in a LONG time. Get everything out in the open. He was sending weird text messages last night. *shrug* Maybe it's because my attitude isn't the mopey one I had last week. Now, I've pretty much accepted it's not working and moving on. (the best I can right now) And I figure that it's better to be civil, and eventually become friends for Taylor's sake.
Besides, lissa12982, my best friend, accepted her stalking mission to find an old "friend" of mine, and she visited me at work last night to inform me he has been located. Even brought me a picture to make sure he was correctly targeted. She's even going to try to contact him for me to see what he's up to. No, I'm not looking to "hook up" or anything, just getting in touch with an old friend. I'm not jumping into anything until I can trust myself.
*giggles* How funny is that? Matt just called as I finished typing that last line. *giggles* Man, I need sleep.
