No se hará pública hasta el 3 de abril. Con su fin, el rey de Francia Felipe IV se apodera de todos los bienes que poseen y temiendo el resurgimiento de la Orden logrará que el gran maestre Jacques de Molay y Geoffroy de Charney mueran en la hoguera el 18 de marzo de 1314, acabando de esa manera con cualquier posibilidad de surgimiento de la Orden.
