I've been too tired to post cooking updates, but this has been a vegetarian week, with Brad doing the bulk of the cooking

We still haven't hit cherry heaven here, but I just got the ripest, most flavorful blackberries I've ever had that didn't come directly off a plant. (At Sam's, no less!) I picked up an 18oz pack at 8pm last night, and it's already almost half gone. They were all out of strawberries, though, with nothing but stacks and stacks of empty cardboard pallets.

I scored some ollallieberries and loganberries today, so it is definitely looking like the start of a beeyootifull season there. They have a short season so if I want to freeze some I'd better clear up some freezer space with a quickness.
