I don't know what it is about you and writing Katie/Naomi that just draws me in.
What I quite like about this AU is the way you're developing them at such a young age but events and happenings that could take place later. It gives a sort of off-center, heightened and unpredictable feel to the piece as a whole. Separates and connects it to skins. All in all, everything you'd want in an AU. No promises that I'll stick with it, I'm done promising things online :P But I will most definitely see where it's heading! Solid opening my friend <3

Who said this was Naomi/Katie...? ;) Well I suppose I did a little bit, but then... well. We'll see.

That's awesome though, Nat, thanks. When I was thinking about this I was like 'should I make this a version of S3 where Naomi just sees Katie first?' but it's sort of more than that, so there are parts in here which could lead to canon but also parts that just aren't.

No worries if you don't stick with it babe - can I ask why you might not? Just out of interest - like, obviously, I won't change anything I have planned but I'm just interested to know.

I loves AUs aren't they simply the best? I'm working on another myself at the moment. They're tough sometimes but like you said, there's a bit more flexibility to not be so constrained in the series. Makes for a bit more creativity, though, yay! Relative Originality!
It's more so that I'm just crap at keeping up with series, I don't know why, because I seem to have a fine time just keeping up with certain writers' works, but series I suck at.
Usually I forget the first bit, or forget I read the first bit, and it doesn't click for me to read the second because I'm far too lazy to read first parts in order to read the followings.
Basically I'm a lazy lazy lazy and forgetful excuse for a reader. But summer's here, so who knows!
