The majority of abortions that are performed at that time (that it would be considered a "partial birth abortion") are for the safety of the mother and her health.
Not that I'm knocking your opinion! But, the way it's portrayed is that it's easy and common, when it isn't.
Just so everyone doesn't think I am talking out of my ass, but I did a quick search on wikipedia, and it says that this method accounts for only 0.17% of abortions in 2000.
And I know wikipedia isn't a completely valid source :)

Do I think the Court fucked up the ruling? Absolutely. I may not agree with it, but their decision is not constitutional.
